Welcome to Registration! We are excited to invite you to register for the upcoming Prince George Secondary School (PGSS) Class of 1976 50-year Reunion! Please carefully follow the steps below to ensure your registration is complete.

 

Even if you can’t join us in person, you can still join the reunion by filling out the form. We’ll ensure your story is part of the reunion celebration.

Registration Procedure

  1. Please complete the Registration Form. See the link provided below.

  2. Your submission will be sent to the Registration team for vetting.

  3. If your guest is an alumnus, both of you are required to register separately.

  4. When you register, you will be asked if you are bringing a guest. You are required to provide the name of your guest.

  5. Alumni Status Confirmation: Your alumni status will be verified. Alumni status is defined as anyone who was, or should have been, a member of the PGSS Class of 1976.

  6. Registration confirmation email: Once your alumni status is confirmed and you have indicated your intention to attend, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow up to 7 days for this process. Be sure to check your Spam or Junk mail folder if you do not see the confirmation email in your inbox.

Registration Details

  • The registration confirmation email will include:

    • The ticket price of $160 for alumni. Covers both Friday and Saturday events. Sunday is yet to be determined.

    • The ticket price for your guest is $116 (applicable only if you are bringing a guest for Saturday’s banquet).

    • Information about Friday’s reception, which is exclusively for alumni.

    • Payment instructions and details.

    • After your payment is received, a payment confirmation email will be sent to you.

    • Note: Ticket costs include the Coast PG Hotel banquet rooms, catering for both nights, sound system, table decorations and memorial room. Other costs: Website, DJ Services, Photo Booth, banners and decorations, advertising, name tag creation including photos and lanyards, registration bags, honorariums and bank fees. Any surplus monies will go towards a bursary administered by the School District.

Accommodation
The Coast Prince George Hotel by APA (also known as Inn of the North) is offering special discounted room rates for reunion attendees. Details about these rates and the link to the hotel group booking will be included in your payment confirmation email. Please note that the Reunion Committee is not responsible for individual hotel reservations.
